Situated on over 18 acres our innovative manufacturing operations are housed in over 198,000 square feet under roof in 4 separate buildings that we utilize to house our fabrication, assembly and storage of aluminum curtainwall systems. With the option to run up to ten glazing lines we have the capacity to produce a high volume of unitized curtainwall.

Our two large in-house test chambers allow us to water test glazed units continuously throughout the glazing process ensuring piece of mind that the product you receive will perform to the specified criteria.

At the heart of our operation is our employees. Along with our well tenured staff of qualified manufacturing specialists (many with over 30 years’ experience with the company) , we are committed to continuous improvement and with our Lean Manufacturing culture we are poised to control costs and quality while providing the customer with exemplary service from the simplest, typical unit to the most complex. We strive to continually look for ways to control and improve all aspects of safety, quality and productivity in our Manufacturing areas.

CNC CAPABILITIES

Our facility is equipped with the latest equipment and technology to fabricate large, complex curtainwall projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Our four CNC profile fabrication machines ensure repeatability and consistency. Utilizing the latest techniques and equipment we ensure our ability to be the single source in our fabrication and glazing chain allowing us to be in full control of quality and costs at all times.

Our precision CNC fabrication and cutting capacity allows for an easy installation while our on-time production helps in keeping the construction intact.
